1. Bachelor’s degree is required
2. Min 8+ years of experience in new sales acquisitions, with a proven track record of success in building new businesses and customer portfolios.
3. Prior experience in selling/marketing to large corporate customers, contract negotiations, and experienced in new account acquisition.
4. Experience in selling complicated services and products
5. Experience in E-Commerce and Payment segments is highly preferred.
6. Comfort with Data / Analytics and using it to advise Merchants, monitor, and track effectiveness/performance, and drive decision making is a must
7. Able to communicate with all the levels of the corporate customers including C-level
8. Native level of verbal and written skills in Japanese
9. English communication level TOEIC 600 score and above
10. Strong personal connections in specific customer segment where opportunity exists are preferred
11. Aggressive sales hunting mind-set
