A sporting goods company with internationally recognized brands. The company’s technically advanced sports equipment, footwear, apparel and accessories improve performance and increase the enjoyment of sports and outdoor activities.


1. We will provide various support related to the sale of soft goods products (footwear, apparel, etc.) at customer stores and events, and carry out activities that lead to sales promotion.
2. Provide appropriate product training to the staff of customer stores for the purpose of expanding sales and reducing inventory of our products.
3. Regular visits to the customer's store in charge.
4. Checking the product status at the customer's store (replenishment order, inventory management).
5. In-store sales promotion policy (POS materials, catalog management, product layout management).
6. Proposal of sales plans based on the latest situation such as training on products for store staff, current business, and purchasing group.
7. Active information sharing with people involved in the in-house brand


1. Sales experience in retail stores for about 3 to 5 years.
2. Experience in the sports and outdoor industries (preferably).
3. Work experience of VMD or in-store presentation.
4. Experience leading training in product and sales.
5. Excel skills (sales / inventory analysis report, etc.).
