A world class Germany-based automobile and motorcycle manufacturer.  The Automotive segment develops, manufactures, assembles and sells cars.

Responsibilities


Target Setting and Achievement

  1. Agree with dealers annual and monthly sales targets by model and at outlet level
  2. Monitor dealer performance and provide consultation and coaching to dealers to achieve agreed targets
  3. Identify, define and implement development needs for dealers using dealer performance data and other steering KPIs

Business Planning

  1. Convince dealers to make financial, personal, and process investments to realize the market potential and achieve a sustainable business growth and ensure dealer’s business plan reflect this approach
  2. Ensure dealers are in compliance with Group CI and in alignment with future direction of Retail Next(new dealer CICD)

Dealer Marketing

  1. Work with marketing team and dealers to establish marketing plan to acquire conquest customers and activate existing customers and prospects
  2. Convince dealers to explore new media opportunities and channel (e.g., SNS), and new technology (e.g., CitNOW, SEAF-ONE)
  3. Work with dealers to study competitors’ activities in the area and ensure to take actions to gain and protect segment market share

Customer Journey

  1. Work with Customer Support to ensure continued improvement of Customer Satisfaction score in all areas
  2. Review customer feedback, identify issues to improve sales processes
  3. Support dealers to grow customer centric culture at dealership

Area Management

  1. Take a leadership of area team in the respective area to ensure common understanding of the Group strategy and a uniform message to dealers. Represent the area
  2. Organize area/ block meetings to ensure regular exchange of opinions between the company's Japan head office and dealers
  3. Bring dealer feedback to the company's Japan head office and keep them updated on the responsible area’s market situation and dealer issues

Requirements


  1. BA in business administration or equivalent
  2. 3-5 years of leadership experience in one or more of the following: Sales, Customer Support, Marketing
  3. Prior experience in area management in the automotive industry, or other dealer facing role highly preferred
  4. Passion toward the brand
  5. Logical thinking
  6. Negotiation, presentation and communication skills in general
  7. Leadership, strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  8. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT) and general system literacy
  9.  English (preferred Business level)
