Responsibilities


  1. Develop a deeper 360-degree understanding of each customer’s business, strategy, and goals. Utilize data & insight effectively to highlight opportunities and threats to the business and drive business decisions.
  2. Build and manage mutually beneficial relationships with wholesalers and retailers. Develop & execute customer plans, including pricing, portfolio, trading terms, promotions, and visibility & activations, . Plan and lead biannual customer negotiations.
  3. Manage the client mix, develop accurate forecasts, and allocate trade investments to drive profitable business growth, monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of trade programs.
  4. Collaborate with Sales Planning & Operations, Trade Marketing, and other cross-functional partners, and communicate transparently with stakeholders regarding issues & opportunities, plans, performance, and learning.

Requirements


  1. 3+ years of account management experience in the FMCG industry with a network of customers (wholesale and retail)
  2. Good business acumen and judgment based on strategic thinking
  3. Honesty and integrity
  4. Drive for results
  5. Ability to build productive internal and external relationships with support from his/her manager and get buy-in for business recommendations
  6. Proven ability to set clear direction, prioritize, organize and manage multiple business objectives to completion by specific deadlines
  7. Collaborative team player with strong conflict management skills
  8. Adaptable, flexible and resilient
  9. Persuasive communication skills (influencing, listening, presenting, writing); able to explain sales and analytical results in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner
