Responsibilities

  1. Team Management
  2. Demand Planning
  3. Supply Planning
  4. Logistics coordination
  5. Inventory management/ reconciliation
  6. 3PL Management
  7. Budgeting, reporting, cost control
  8. Project Management
  9. Master data and SKU set up
  10. Risk mitigation

Requirements

  1. University Degree
  2. 10+ years’ experience in demand planning and logistics preferably in FMCG industry
  3. 3+ years as manager of people
  4. Fluent English & Japanese speaking and writing
  5. SAP Experience Preferred
  6. Good communication skills
  7. Multi-tasking
  8. Sense of urgency
  9. IT literate - MS Office applications or Google Suite applications
