An American based company, one of the largest in the spirits and wine business.

Import and Customs clearance coordination
Work closely with trhe company's, suppliers, freight forwarders, 3pl warehouse to coordinate shipment schedules, resolve issues related to orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Interaction with customs brokers regarding customs clearance including control and review of customs clearance activities.
Responsible for preparation a set of import documents for customs clearance,
Monitor product import processes to improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness and inventory balance in warehouses
Assist the manager to monitor delivery performance by 3PL, resolve and coordinate deliveries issues with CS and 3PL
Work with marketing team and external vendor for label coordination and label orders.
Identify areas for process improvement within import and logistics operations, propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
SAP reporting and data check for import operations.
Verify and process invoices from 3PL
Monitor and analyze customs brokers KPIs performance and apply actions for their improvement
Prepare reports on the number of ordered, imported, received products and goods in transit
Monthly and yearly book closing for import/logistics
