Responsibilities
This position will report to the Head of Global CSR and is responsible for:
- Managing operations for the program’s annual public RFP process, including: ensuring appropriate, efficient updates to and posting of RFP document as directed by evolving Global CSR strategy; coordinating updates to company’s website and in the Digital CSR Donation Management System applicant and reviewer portals; supporting recruitment and management of CSR Application Review Committee (CARC); managing due diligence (including COI checks and third-party risk assessments) of, and supporting clarifications with, shortlisted applicants; and leading the execution of donation agreements with annual awardees with direction from the Head of Global CSR and Global General Council team.
- Managing RFP promotion by: organizing RFP informational webinar, external promotion efforts through social media, as well as internal promotion through intranet to secure a targeted number of qualified applications.
- Leading operations for the CARC recruitment, coordination, and proposal review process.
- Employee Vote: managing Global CSR vendor communication and translation services, coordinating Employee Vote communications materials including translations, and managing internal promotion across the company in collaboration with CSR employee ambassadors and communications teams. Prepare governance materials for the company's leadership following Employee Vote.
- Supporting the Head of Global CSR to pursue opportunities for collaboration with other internal teams, helping to improve operational excellence across tasks and projects as needed.
- Supporting the Head of Global CSR with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- English language skill
- Bachelors degree
- At least 5+ years of experience, preferably with demonstrated experience managing projects with expanding scopes of responsibility.
- Strong, relevant work experience in operational excellence.
- Experience with grant management and project management software.
- Passion for global health issues and philanthropy.
