A world class Germany-based automobile and motorcycle manufacturer. The Automotive segment develops, manufactures, assembles and sells cars.
Responsibilities
- Retail Training team is responsible for enabling and supporting the company's retail network by offering training and recruitment support program.
- This is accomplished through close collaboration with an external agency that is responsible for training operation.
- Clarify and prioritize training requirements.
- Brief and steer (quality control) the agencies in design and delivery of training.
- Evaluate the degree of understanding of participants.
- Steer the agencies to implement effective recruitment support activities
Requirements
- University degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in premium automobile business.
- 3 years’ experience in training business is preferable.
- Basic knowledge of automobile product and technology
- Knowledge of retail process in automobile business.
- Knowledge of BMW and MINI brand / Product is preferable.
- Project management skill
- Facilitation skill
- Logical thinking skill
- Good communication skill
