Responsibilities


  1. Creating business flow for collection activity in-house
  2. Make the company collection strategy and plan
  3. Improve collection process such as Email, SMS, Call, Letters etc. to increase the number of collections,
  4. Led collection activities
  5. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  6. Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
  7. Collection data analysis with risk team
  8. Vender management
  9. Recruit and educate the team staff to achieve the goal

Requirements


  1. 3 to 5 years of Professional Experiences in an Operation / collection field.
  2. Management experience 3-5 years
  3. Language: Verbal and written Fluency in both English and Japanese
  4. Strong communication skills to establish collaborative working relationships with other departments.
  5. Strong Excel skills
  6. Detail oriented and high level of numeracy
