Responsibilities


  1. Analyze and assess the business resilience of the project and develop a BCP to mitigate business risk for the company and its clients.
  2. Provide guidance to business projects for necessary BCP formulation and maintenance
  3. BCP evaluation and test support for projects and departments
  4. Recommend and provide internal (rarely external) communication and training programs to effectively manage and deliver business resilience programs
  5. Incident management support in the internal crisis management process, ongoing support for response measures and improvement plans
  6. Provide and report required BCP management information in response to issues pointed out by the leadership team

Requirements


  1. Junior college graduate or above
  2. English proficiency (high report writing, business level reading comprehension, conversation and communication skills)
  3. Project management experience, experience in delivering deliverables within required deadlines
  4. Time management skills, ability to work in different time zones and business environments
  5. Ability to extract and escalate problems
  6. Ability to read and understand contracts in Japanese/English
  7. Ability to flexibly and quickly execute operations in a complex and ambiguous environment
  8. Basic document creation skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
  9. Strong interest in disaster/incident response and risk management
  10. Experience in risk management and business continuity management in a business environment
  11. A fit or experience with Accenture's business culture
  12. Excellent facilitation and hearing skills
