Promote monitoring and optimization of medium- to long-term demand/supply/inventory balance of global products.
Facilitation of meetings in the S&OP (product axis) process and reporting to senior management.
Solve problems when supply problems occur and lead risk management
Proposals for network capacity allocation in a global production system spanning multiple production sites.
Automation and visualization of Demand Planning/Supply Planning/S&OP processes using SAP/IBP and SAP/ERP systems
Participate in or lead global projects related to supply chain optimization
Mandatory conditions for application
Location: Osaka

Supply chain management or manufacturing experience (8 years or more) in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company
Experience as a planner using SAP or similar ERP
Knowledge or experience of purchasing, exporting and selling in the manufacturing industry
Experience in facilitation of meetings with foreign countries using English
Project management skills (experience leading cross-organizational projects)
Knowledge of GMP, GDP, accounting/accounting, contracts, etc.
