Responsibilities


Manage and oversee all pre and post-sales support functions, Project Management and customer service to develop and lead customer satisfaction initiatives that will ensure increased customer focus and quality improvement.

Requirements


1. University degree.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in customer service, project management, or customer contact required and of which, at least 3 years must be in a management capacity.
3. Experience in office furniture or related industry is a definite advantage.
4. In-depth understanding of how other departments contribute to overall business.
5. Basic understanding of how each competitor differentiates themselves and with only a limited understanding of latest developments or changes of market conditions in the industry sector.
