職務内容
1.Build Solution strategy align with Global & Regional digital solution strategy to support business growth
2. Lead product team and implement / enhance BSJ Digital solutions
3. Collaboration with APAC / Global team and lead global projects. Present and
negotiate with global stakeholder
4. Team management (hiring and development) - will be managing a team of 5 to 6
5. Budget planning and management
6. Setting project goals and plan to meet the goals
7. Managing resources for projects and coordinating project team’s schedule and individual responsibilities
8. Conducting risk assessments and mitigation for projects
求める人材
1. 5+ years’ experience as Project Team Manager in IT
2. Project / Program management experience
3. IT or Digital platform strategy building experiences
4. IT Consulting experiences
5. CRM / sales support application knowledge
6. Negotiation skills for stakeholder managements
7. Business level English communication skill
Nice to have
1. Healthcare industry experiences,
2. Understanding of industry with regulation (healthcare, financial services, etc.)
3. Proven knowledge and experience in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
