1. Lead your own sales opportunities.
2. Run sales from start to finish where the average sales cycle is 3-5 months.
3. Work with a cross functional team to achieve success including sales engineers, sales operations, field leadership and channel directors.
4. Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans, business objectives etc.
5. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
6. Build business relationships to increase customer adoption.



1. A demonstrable track record of success within inside sales or business development (BDR) with small to medium sized enterprise customers.
2. Experience in Business to Business sales (B2B), ideally with technology/SaaS related enterprise business.
3. Time management skills.
4. Strong relationship building skills when working with customers, prospects and internal colleagues.
5. Growth mindset and is consistently working to improve their skills.
6. Understanding of the sales process, and ability to progress and move forward sales cycles.
7. Communication and presentation skills via web-based tools.
8. Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
9. The drive to contribute, grow and make an impact on a rapidly growing department and company.
