Responsibilities


1. As a leader of FRIT, lead the organizational strengthening, human resource development, and development operation management of the in-house development team.
2. Leading the development and operation of the supply chain areas (planning, production, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, delivery) that are the basis of the company
3. Personnel finance area Leading utilization, introduction, development and operation of packages such as SAP (S / 4 HANA, SD, MM, FI, CO, etc.) and Saas products
4. Leading the development and operation of internal and external data collection, analysis, visualization, etc. for BI, reporting, etc.

Requirements


1. Development management experience (project scale 30 man-months or more, management of 5 people or more).
2. Experience in lead for enterprise system development, management of implementation related projects, and promotion (2 years or more / or 2 or more projects).
3. 5 years or more of team management experience.
4. 10 years or more of experience in the IT industry or IT-related consulting industry.
5. Over 10 years of experience as a system engineer at development and operation sites.
