Responsibilities
1. Developing close relationships with our partners, understanding their requirements and challenges.
2. Supporting integration and collaboration projects with partners, ensuring they are successful and on track.
3. Owning the partner enablement program, ensuring that adequate training and resources are provided to our customers. Delivering training as needed.
4. Defining and supporting partner marketing activities.
5. Identifying and evaluating new partnership opportunities
6. Acting as a subject matter expert on our products and services for our partners and their customer
Requirements
1. 5 year’s experience of managing partner relationships.
2. A background in cybersecurity
3. Native-level communication and presentation skills in Japanese.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in both Japanese & English.
