Responsibilities
- Business consulting on digital transformation such as CRM design and transformation planning (strategic goal arrangement, problem analysis, policy planning, execution plan and business case formulation)
- Implement CRM measures, design concrete prototypes and demos in collaboration with other members, and present them to customers.
- Support customer transformation according to the design in collaboration with team.
Requirements
- Experience in business consulting or IT consulting for more than 5 years. Above all, consulting experience in the CRM area
- 5-7 years or more of planning work experience and transformation project for enterprises
- Excellent communication skills, client management skills, presentation skills, autonomous problem-solving skills, creative and positive thinking, and flexible environmental response skills.
