Responsibilities
1.Develop plans for the building up of delivery network and expand it in collaboration with delivery partners.
2.Develop and execute weekly production plans in collaboration with delivery partners based on delivery quantity forecasts and factors that affect the productivity of the delivery network.
3.Responsible for the business target of the account in charge and execute the plan for them.
4.Actively find points for improvement and lead the projects for it.
5.Lead some of the activities (projects, etc.) required as a career account team.
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor's degree.
2.KPI setting management, business process improvement experience.
3.Over 2 years of vendor management experience in manufacturing and distribution (including price negotiations).
4.Project management experience.
5.Experience of negotiations with external vendors.
6.Business level English.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Degree/knowledge on engineering and operations.
2. Experience of leading a team and achieving targets at consulting firms or operational companies under a situation where a strict deadline is set.
3. Experience in developing and launching new products and services in the logistics process.
4. Management experience of at least 3 people (including attendance, performance management, workflow management).
