1.Minimum of 3 years of strategy consulting experience OR minimum of 3 years of industry or functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Insurance Capital Markets Banking Communications, Media & Technology Automotive Public Services M&A Talent & Organizational Excellence Internal Corporate Finance
2.Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
3.Fluency in Japanese is required (JLPT Level 1 preferred).
4.High level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
