Responsibilities


  1. The position involves working in the HR department of one business unit of the company .
  2. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues related to recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation and development, labor management (including PIP), compensation, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), and all aspects of the HR life cycle within the assigned organization

Requirements


  1. 3-4 years of HR experience
  2. Proactive mindset, logical thinking, and organizational skills
  3. Given the counterpart's position at the level of business unit head, a mindset close to consulting and business skills (or the potential for such skills) is required.
