Creative Assistant

1. Demand for cross-media production (signage, print, video, animation, website) and branding/compliance checks for both internal and external use is rapidly increasing due to the strengthening and rebranding of the company brand. We are looking for someone who can serve as an assistant.
2. Ensuring and promoting the quality of materials for internal and external use
3. Production management for small to large projects
4. Creative support for internal/external stakeholders (confirming branding and content, providing corrections and advice)
5. Video planning and filming operations ( Streetboarding, video, still image shooting, content editing, schedule management, commercial production, wire frames, etc.), updating, management, and guidance of production-related materials/data (rules, processes, intranet, etc.), and collaboration with partner companies and external vendors. Contracts, translations, DTP production (outsourcing) arrangements and expense settlements
6. Brand goods planning, design, production, inventory management
7. Information sharing and business collaboration with other related teams

1. Those who have experience in video shooting on the job
2. Those with a strong desire to learn about media production
3. Those who can act autonomously towards goals and objectives
4. Language skills (Japanese/English): Japan Must be able to read and write English at a native level and at a business level.
5. Intermediate to advanced MS soft skills (PPT, WORD, Excel, etc.)
6. Able to work in the Tokyo office
