Responsibilities


  1. Correction and prevention of serious human rights violations at the company's production partners (partner factories) through monitoring of the working environment and hotline
  2. Measures to create a better working environment (harassment prevention, promotion of women to management positions, skill improvement) planning and execution of programs such as Improving the transparency of his supply chain through factory information disclosure and disseminating information on the company's website
  3. Solving social issues in the supply chain in collabora

     

Requirements


  1. Work experience related to human rights in the supply chain
  2. Sustainability-related work experience at international organizations, ministries, corporate organizations, research institutes, NPOs/NGOs, etc.
  3. Ability to strongly promote projects by involving internal and external parties
  4. Legal knowledge on working environment, labor relations, safety and health, etc.
  5. Knowledge and work experience regarding supply chains, especially production factories
  6. Communication skills and work experience using English (estimated TOEIC: 800 points or higher) Practical as communication with overseas members (emails and web meetings) occurs on a daily basis, and there are also many meetings with overseas stakeholders outside the company.
  7. Strong English communication skills are required.
