Responsibilities

Provide support to ensure the smooth operation of ASC for accounting audit: 50% ASC
-
Support actions related to accounting audit that come to the ASC. Under the direction of superior of ASCO, gather the accounting reports and financial statements from Global Finance, analyze it with relevant information to support an effective audit, and provide that information to the ASC.

Under the direction of superior of ASCO, gather and evaluate the information about audit results for accounting and internal control required for effective ASC’s audit from the independent auditor in a timely and appropriate manner.

Collect information from global finance and related departments to assess the quality of the independent auditor and audit fee, and provide information to the ASC to form its opinion.

Assist in obtaining ASC approval for requests from the Global finance, such as non-audit services.

Support actions related to audit visit and fieldwork to BUs/BFs/BPs and subsidiaries efficiently conducted by ASC.

Grasp the status of action plans and improvement of BU/BF/BP in response to audit findings, collect information with their cooperation, share ASC through ASCO member, and play a part in audit reporting.

Executive secretarial tasks: 50%

Be the point of contact for external Directors who are ASC members, and handle administration work for them to carry out their duties smoothly.

Arrange schedule and itinerary of ASC Directors to participate in the ASC, BOD and executive meetings in collaboration with CEO Office and Japan Regional Meetings and Travel team.

Work with the stuff of TET and Board members, and provide appropriate meeting materials for ASC Directors in a timely manner.

Provide support to ensure the smooth operation of ASC meetings, liaising with ASC Directors, setting up the meeting, preparing materials and interpreting arrangements.

Responsible for general affairs of ASC Office including settlement of ASC and ASC members and miscellaneous duties such as equipment management.
Requirements
- Background (formal education or work experience) in accounting ( Financial and Managerial), internal controls and audit is desirable
- Having an experience in administrative work for a department head or group leader is better
- Broad understanding of the company organization with over 3 years of experience is preferre
- Native level Japanese and business level English (or greater)
