A world class Germany-based automobile and motorcycle manufacturer. The Automotive segment develops, manufactures, assembles and sells cars.

Overall responsibility for all business management activities in the Japanese Independent Aftermarket (IAM) and Selected distribution system (SDS).
Establish and implement measures to secure Target achievement.
Local IAM strategy adaptation together with IAM national manager and Customer Support Area Manager
Management of IAM service provider including all local teams
Planning and ensuring the targeted budget allocation, and alignment with the company's headquarters
Technical and sales report to IAM Service provider, Customer Support Area Manager and the company's Headquarters
Business development: acquisition and growth of wholesalers
Key account management of wholesalers in agreements over strategic and operative targets

At least 5 years of experience in the Japanese Independent Aftermarket (IAM), either with OES parts manufacturers or with wholesaler in relation with international suppliers
Knowledge of wholesaler infrastructures in Japan with existing wholesaler network
Experience in distribution and marketing in the IAM
Good PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Very good English proficiency (business level, minimum TOEIC 850)
Project management capability (running projects independently without supervision)
