A sporting goods company with internationally recognized brands. The company’s technically advanced sports equipment, footwear, apparel and accessories improve performance and increase the enjoyment of sports and outdoor activities.

Responsibilities


  1. Lead and develop the local marketing activities.
  2. Create and execute the local marketing plan according to the brand strategy.
  3. Plan and activate omnichannel campaigns.
  4. Own and track the local budget, according to guidelines.
  5. Develop the local Atomic Ambassador/Influencer strategy together with your global team and peers.
  6. Create a local media plan (on/offline) and cooperate with relevant partners (PR agencies, global Digital Marketing Team).
  7. Ensure needed local content is created matching to local tone of voice and global creative guidelines.
  8. Own and deliver marketing projects on brief, on budget and on time.
  9. Report, track, and act on key marketing KPIs.
  10. Plan and create joint marketing plans for our business partners.

Requirements


  1. 5+ years relevant marketing experience.
  2. Winter sports industry experience.
  3. Outstanding track record in developing, planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  4. Digital Marketing Experience.
  5. English skill (Business level is Mandatory).
  6. General IT / PC Skill, Excel, Word and Power point.
