Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the local marketing activities.
- Create and execute the local marketing plan according to the brand strategy.
- Plan and activate omnichannel campaigns.
- Own and track the local budget, according to guidelines.
- Develop the local Atomic Ambassador/Influencer strategy together with your global team and peers.
- Create a local media plan (on/offline) and cooperate with relevant partners (PR agencies, global Digital Marketing Team).
- Ensure needed local content is created matching to local tone of voice and global creative guidelines.
- Own and deliver marketing projects on brief, on budget and on time.
- Report, track, and act on key marketing KPIs.
- Plan and create joint marketing plans for our business partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant marketing experience.
- Winter sports industry experience.
- Outstanding track record in developing, planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Experience.
- English skill (Business level is Mandatory).
- General IT / PC Skill, Excel, Word and Power point.
