Responsibilities


  1. Identify new business and growing existing accounts in Japan
  2. Identify new problems that we can solve whilst working with internal resources to deliver new complex solutions into new sections of a defined client base
  3. Adopt the company’s sales processes and Value-Based Selling principles across a defined sector
  4. Managing a book of business to achieve sales objectives and plan strategies to ensure a consistent flow of business
  5. As appropriate, serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  6. Ensure all activity with customers and prospects is recorded in Salesforce
  7. Build long term strategic accounts plans designed to maximize existing revenue streams whilst demonstrating ROI to the client
  8. Efficiently manage a portfolio of customers to optimize client satisfaction, engagement, and retention ·Exceed personal targets

Requirements


  1. Native level Japanese and Business Level English
  2. Strong prospecting skills
  3. More than 5 years of enterprise software sales/complex data sales experience
  4. Proven experience in managing entire sales cycles while developing strong client relationships.
  5. Proven track record of succeeding in sales quotas and goals
  6. Analytical & tech-savvy
  7. Able to travel for key prospect visits and conferences
  8. Able to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
