Responsibilities

Recruitment-related marketing and branding strategy planning
Recruitment branding policy planning in collaboration with the human resources department, support for content production and event implementation
Recruitment PR and marketing for the Japan region, including SNS and site operation Work
Orders to outsourced contractors as necessary, progress management
EY global team, localization and implementation support for the company's APAC measures

Requirements

We welcome recruitment branding experience at a B to B company. Or 3 years or more of experience in the public relations/marketing field
Practical experience in English in business that can understand and communicate global information
Positive and proactive attitude towards work, ability to respond with an emphasis on teamwork
High communication skills Coordination ability to work smoothly with other departments
Experiencein promoting D&I
