Responsibilities


  1. HRBP works with the heads of each department and team within SaT and the SaT leader to lead such a flexibly changing organization to the best possible state, such as organizational design, recruitment, human resource development, labor management, system design, etc. This is a position to plan and execute "HR strategies" in all HR areas.
  2. Specifically, we supervise the entire process from surveys to identify issues and visualization of organizational issues to solution planning, solution design, and execution. Standing between the message that the company wants to convey and the employees who will receive it, it is also important to understand potential opportunities and risks in detail and to promote appropriate cooperation with each CoE.
  3. In addition, there are a wide variety of daily tasks, such as scheduling interviews and training, connecting with stakeholders, collecting personnel data for evaluation, giving lectures to evaluation staff, and providing operational support.
  4. In summary, HRBP's mission is to maximize the performance of employees and the organization to achieve better business results, and there are three main tasks to achieve this.

Requirements


  1. University or graduate school graduate
  2. Logical thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving skills
  3. At least 2 of the following, with a total of 5 years or more of experience
  4. Personnel Practical experience in the field (labor/compensation, system planning/evaluation, etc.)
  5. Experience in organizational management and business promotion in areas similar to the services and businesses of the Company
  6. Experience in strategic planning and people management at an operating company
  7. General knowledge of Japanese employment law and labor law
  8. Language skills (Japanese / English business level)
  9. Promoted process improvement, problem identification, and improvement proposals beyond the department to which you belong\

Welcome requirements 

  1. HRBP experience of 2 years or more
  2. Executive coaching skills
  3. Those who enjoy the change in a fast-paced environment, always grasping the situation in such an environment and thinking about taking the next step voluntarily
  4. Those who have experience as a consultant at a professional firm (persons who have personnel knowledge such as personnel consulting)
