Associate Director of BPR and Operational Excellence

1. Participate in current projects that are being promoted based on corporate strategy, and contribute to the smooth progress of projects as project managers or support for project managers.
2. Rebuild and build business processes that are conscious of cost and efficiency from various aspects such as tools (RPA, DX)
3. Migration of in-house systems currently in use, and operation construction after migration
4. Promote the introduction of IT/Digital Tools to Japan in line with the global development team

[Required experience]

1. Project management/lead experience related to business process reform at a business company or consulting firm or Project management experience at SIer and technology consulting company
2. Experience in introducing core systems or business applications
