IT Project Manager (PM Consultant)

1. Promote problem solving, standardization and efficiency of operations, and service definition, and       

    contribute to the construction of projects and the operation of the entire department.

2. Develop and implement measures to solve problems across customer projects, teams and organizations, and 

    lead negotiations and coordination with other teams and organizations for promotion.

[Mandatory]

1. Project management skills (3+ years experience)

2. General knowledge and practical experience in project management, including scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, personnel management, communication management, risk management, and procurement management

3. High logical thinking ability and appropriate communication and negotiation skills with customers

4. Experience in requirements definition and implementation related to system construction such as CRM and BI

5. Project management skills (3+ years experience)

6. General knowledge and practical experience in project management, including scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, personnel management, communication management, risk management, and procurement management

7. High logical thinking ability and appropriate communication and negotiation skills with customers.

8. English: Ability to read and write English emails and communicate in English (Basic level)

 

[Not mandatory, but desirable]

1. Business knowledge of the medical industry (sales and marketing)

2. Experience in projects using Salesforce, Dr.sum, MotionBoard, Tableau, DataSpider, Power platform technical skills

4. .NET application and database design/development experience such as Oracle/SQServer

5. Experience in building systems based on cloud platforms such as AWS

6. Agile development project management experience

7. Offshore development management experience

8. Marketing and sales strategy business knowledge related to the pharmaceutical industry technical skills

10. Application construction project experience on Salesforce

11. System construction experience with BI (especially Dr.SUM/MotionBoard)

12. Web application and database design and development experience such as Oracle / SQL Server

13. Experience in building systems based on cloud platforms such as AWS

14. Agile development project management experience

15. Offshore development management experience
