A Japanese company that is one of the largest global retail companies around the world with a variety of brands. 

Responsibilities


  1. Formulation of overseas business organization plan, optimal placement of human resources
  2. Developing excellent human resources for overseas employment (global talent management) Ex. Sending the best-performing employee from Singapore to other places for training since the organization in Singapore is still small.
  3. Recruitment strategy formulation and development - Recruiting new graduates and developing excellent human resources ex. hiring good graduates are difficult in Thailand, so they work with the best schools with scholarship program by them.
  4. Building a global HR infrastructure - a system tailored to each country's office
  5. Solving problems in each overseas business (hands-on) Ex. Canada and Australia are growing, but the organization is small, so employees from HQ fly there and support them.

Requirements


  1. Those who have been involved in a transformation project in a position such as management planning or business planning at an operating company, or who have experience as an HR business partner
  2. Worked at a consulting firm for more than 3 years and have been stationed at a client site.
