Senior Specialist, Logistic Ordering

A world class Germany-based automobile and motorcycle manufacturer. The Automotive segment develops, manufactures, assembles and sells cars.

Prepare ordering related data maintenance correctly within required time frame.
Prepare ordering operation of dealers and order NSC stock vehicle if necessary.
Negotiate with the counterpart in AG for stable production according to the orders.
Support logistic operation to secure monthly target achievement of wholesale and Ideal stock parameters.
Prepare optimal vehicle stock levels also under consideration of ideal stock parameters, model mix, planned product launches, order level, production capacity utilization.
Plan and set vehicle shipments to dealers based on wholesale targets.
Support dealers as well as VDC in terms of logistic to achieve monthly wholesale target.
Collaborate with VDC for logistic management.
Plan NSC/Dealer stock on healthy level.

University graduate or above; BA in Business or IT or equivalent are preferable.
Knowledge of automobile business, car industry, product, volume planning, logistics are preferred.
Excellent planning and communication skills.
Responsibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Focusing on cross-collaboration beyond the function, open minded and supportive.
Data management skill
Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Fluent Business English and Japanese.
