Company description


A world class Germany-based automobile and motorcycle manufacturer.  The Automotive segment develops, manufactures, assembles and sells cars.

Responsibilities


  1. Prepare production, wholesale and retail plans as well as stock management not only for the company's National Sales Company but also for dealers.
  2. Formulate annual and monthly volume plans (retail, wholesale, and production) for the current year and the budget for the following year by making alignment with managers on a monthly basis at PSI (Production Sales and Inventory) committee, then report to company's HQ.
  3. Prepare a nationwide retail sales plan by dealer, model, and month.
  4. Report sales volume (retail, wholesale) forecast on a weekly basis and sales volume actuals on a monthly basis to BMW HQ after alignment with management.
  5. Prepare market-/premium segment forecast and communicate to company's HQ after alignment with management.
  6. Preparation of sales-related management reports and sales-related documents for various management meetings (eg VA-C, BDM, Business updates)

Requirements


  1. University graduate or above; BA in Business or IT or equivalent is preferable.
  2. Knowledge of the automobile business, car industry, product, and volume planning is    preferred.
  3. Excellent planning and communication skills.
  4. Responsibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  5. Focusing on cross-collaboration beyond the function, open-minded and supportive.
  6. Strong data management skills
  7. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  8. Fluent in Business English and Japanese.
