A world class Germany-based automobile and motorcycle manufacturer.  The Automotive segment develops, manufactures, assembles and sells cars.

Responsibilities


  1. Develop annual event & partnership aligned with the Marketing strategy
  2. Plan, prepare & Execute MINI events and partnerships.
  3. Oversee MINI experiential marketing activities, vender management, and marketing service asset management (demo car and event tools).
  4. Collaborate and align across divisions for experiential marketing activities (Sales, Customer Service, Financial Services, Dealer Development, Public Relations)
  5. Create a transparent communication with dealer partners for a smooth rollout of MINI events.
  6. Develop, plan and execute experiential marketing activities including ATL/BTL communication aligned with marketing strategy.
  7. Correspond and negotiate with headquarter for major events to ensure local needs are reflected and to be aligned with their strategy.
  8. Develop and manage the Influencer strategy/SNS Strategy and content management.
  9. Develop and manage venders from research to closing the contract (Eg: Organize a tender, RFP, SOW creation, and contract review).
  10. Meet regularly with agencies & relevant media owners and brand partners for development of new partnerships, updates of new developments and evaluation of utilization.,
  11. Track and optimize the overall performance of activities to ensure achievement of targets (KPIs, (MINI.jp access, page views, contacts, leads, opening rates, SNS KPIs etc.)

Requirements


  1. University degree, Business and Marketing major preferred
  2. Fluent in English and Japanese
  3. Innovative, open to new challenges, eager to learn, flexible
  4. 5 years of marketing experience, at least 3 years of experiential marketing experience.
  5. Leading and management of team and agencies.
  6. Negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  7. International orientation with ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
