Responsibilities
- Managing the local marketing plan and budget
- Conceptualize, build, and execute compelling regional marketing programs supporting sales objectives, lead, inbound and outbound targets
- Event management (webinars, seminars, trade shows, conferences) from planning to execution including defining & validating core KPIs, budgeting, scheduling, internal communications, logistics, content development, creative themes, promotion, post-event activities, and success/ROI measurement
- Localization of marketing assets such as web site, global campaigns, customer cases, PR activities, and creation of local content & activities such as customer cases, social media activities, paid campaigns
- Owner of the regional database and its growth & lead process from the marketing side
- Local Communications and PR activities (press releases, articles, press meetings, analysts, media monitoring)
- Co-marketing with partners & resellers (according to joint marketing plan)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Marketing, PR & Digital in a multicultural working environment.
- Passionate about marketing and digital fields. Excellent Project Management skills, and a strong ability in managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Keeps in touch with trends and identifies market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong in presentation ability.
- Proficient in English and native Japanese level.
