Responsibilities

Contribute to Agile (Lean Transformation, End to End Supply Chain with Value Stream Management, People/Culture/Change, and Agile 4.0 collaboration with digital) Supply Chain activities from KPI management view point by helping KPI Manager and Supply Chain Process Excellence Manager.

Utilize IT systems for data analysis and to visualize Supply Chain KPIs (CSL, DIO, SCR and FA) for preparing reports for GMS-J and GSC organizations.

Support Project related to GMS-J KPI improvement.

Deeply understand SCM related KPIs to make a proposal with practical ways of how to gather and analyze data.

Investigate and introduce cutting edge technique and IT solutions to visualize wide-range data related to SCM KPIs.

Collaborating with related business functions as a team member for optimizing End-to-End Supply Chain management for all regional and domestic products with Value Stream Mapping.

Take responsibility for create Supply Chain KPI(CSL) monthly result for Japam domestic market(Sales Organization 8000) and export market(Sales Organization 8001).

Support KPI manager to check and analyse monthly Supply Chain KPIs(CSL, DIO,SCR and FA) result for reporting business status to help stakeholders for taking appropriate actions.

Support KPI manager to enhance data analysis process and rules to stabilize KPI data quality and shorten KPI reporting lead time.

Support KPI related project to visualize End-to-End Supply Chain data by initiating the scope, schedule, stakeholders and communication.

Keep monitoring End-to-End Value Stream Management especially for 19 global products.

Support controlling PSI balance in GMS-J by helping KPI manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree or equivalent in related field Project Management Professional(PMP) certificate by PMI or equivalent or Certified Supply Chain Professional(CSCP) certificate by APICS or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, product development, project management, sales & marketing, quality, purchasing, finance, or legal.
- Operational experience related to Supply Chain Management in global wide-range manufacturing company.
- Must have good communication skills to collaborate with mutual stakeholders.
- Capable of presenting, communicating and reporting in either Japanese or English.
- Software skills – MS Excel, Access, SQL, VBA, MS PowerPoint, and Data Management tools such as SAP
