Responsibilities
Programs range from technical and markets training to core professional and consulting basic skills as well as leadership.This would entail familiarity with our Learning Management System (LMS) operations and processes, working and coordinating with the team members, interfacing with internal facilitators and key stake holders, as well as the global L&D team.
Experience facilitating is preferred, but not required as the current role is more project management and deployment rather than actual delivery.
1. Understand the people development needs at a Consulting firm across organizations
2. Planning and execute / delivery training programs for both new grads (2months intense training) and mid-career hired members
3. Coordinate Training preparation and operations under supervision and report to managers
4. You will be in charge for multiple programs as a program manager or an assistant PM.
5. Assist with execution of special projects as needed
Requirements
1. Experience in L&D/ in large size firm for 2 years or more. (Consulting professional firm is plus)
2. High level of adaptability, flexibility and effectiveness in handling multiple priorities simultaneously
3. Exceptional communication skills: must be a poised, confident and engaging presenter of a wide variety of topics in a range of settings, including delivering to large and remote audiences
4. Ability to collaborate with a range of business partners, including instructional designers, subject matter experts and other business partners in strategic planning, training development & delivery, team expansion, management and development
5. Proficiency in training technologies such as LMS systems, e-learning, and distance learning
6. Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel (formula, pivotable), PowerPoint, and Outlook
7. Skilled in use of training technology for delivery and use of technology for development of training materials and general work deliverables
8. Interested in learning new things beyond their current comfort zone.

Prerequisites
1. 2+ years of experience working in fast-paced, at a large firm environment
2. 2+ years of experience in training delivery
3. Those who are independent and drive work forward
4. Those who are able to commit and complete responsibly even under the most difficult situations
5. Those who have experience in HR policy or training with overall experience planning, proposing, executing, operating, and improving suggestions.
6. Experience with virtual training delivery platforms and learning management systems is plus
7. Communicate cross-functional stakeholders
8. Hands on experience executing an initiative/project as program manager
