Responsibilities

Local support for customer facing organizations and development teams for technical inquiries for Automotive Network Technology such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, PCIe, (Flexray).
Preparation and/or review of requirements for communication IPs or network subsystems, feedback to customer RFQs (request for quotation), design-in support.
Participation in standardization organisations for communication protocol related topics such as Jaspar, IEEE or ISO.
Application support for communication related evaluation boards and the corresponding low level driver S/W.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, information technology or Physics
Some years’ experience in electrical engineering and/or experience in microcontrollers and SoC for Automotive.
Basic know-how about communication protocals such as Ethernet, CAN, LIN, PCIe
Experience with evaluation boards, debugging techniques, measurement equipment, System architecture
Ability to work in multicultural global organization, teamwork oriented, structured in work and ability to take initiatives.
Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
English language (written and spoken)
Some experience in embedded software programming, development and software architecture.
