You will be in charge of improving quality, reducing costs, and promoting efficiency by maintaining close communication with relevant departments based on the trade laws and regulations of each country in the companies business activity areas, including warehouse management and international transportation management.
Regarding logistics quality from production plants to customers, you will collaborate with outsourced warehouse operators/transporters and manage the PDCA cycle to maintain and improve work quality together with the quality assurance department.
In order to optimize/maximize logistics efficiency, identify current issues, collaborate with the system department from a business perspective, and drive and lead system improvements, etc. (using SAP system)
In logistics cost & performance transaction management, from the original data extracted from various databases, Excel & PPT, etc. are used to tabulate, graph, and analyze trends, to visualize issues, and lead various educational activeities for related departments throughout the company.

Negotiation work experience with outside companies (customers, business partners, etc.)
At least one year work experience related to quality, efficiency, cost, and logistics inside and outside the company
At least basic knowledge of project management, warehouse management, quality control, and cost management
Basic skills to analyze various data with EXCEL and PPT, graph them, and report KPI management
Practical negotiation in Japanese orally and in writing, logical communication skills
English: Business conversation is possible (TOEIC score of 700 or so)
