Responsibilities


You will be responsible for the initial enablement of new users. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of that process.

Requirements


  1. Bilingual in English and Japanese; Korean skills as well are a bonus
  2. Curious about everything, willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo to provide better customer and business outcomes
  3. Able to take initiatives, to work on your own as well as part of a team, and be able to work with minimal supervision managing multiple deadlines
  4. Possess excellent time and project management skills
  5. Able to communicate with stakeholders and global teams. Ability to build relationships internally and externally across different levels of the organisation
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to exercise initiatives
  7. Excellent communication skills with a positive/’can do’ attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  8. Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritise and multitask
  9. Passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience
  10. Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire others and our customers
  11. Committed to continuous learning and performance improvement
  12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  13. Have a clear vision of what you want to achieve and be willing to make mistakes and grow from the process
  14. Minimum 3 years of client facing experience, ideally in a Client Success or Customer Support position
  15. Excellent team player with a willingness to collaborate to achieve crucial objectives. Ability to quickly adapt to changes
