Responsibilities
1. Act as Retail Subject Matter Expert for GEMBA issues submitted by support associates and complete the follow up actions needed to progress these issues to the appropriate Resolver Groups within defined timelines.
2. Partner, engage and follow-up with the requesters, site PMs and GEMBA PM to close loop on the open GEMBA issues.
3. Provide regular feedback to GEMBA issue stakeholders, close the feedback loop.
4. Identify and validate the impact of improvement opportunities.
5. Transform raw thoughts into clear documentation and requirements.
6. Meet the GEMBA intake review timelines and quality of issues submitted after the review.
7. Surface GEMBA mechanism gaps and SOP/Document requirements.
8. Support and improve the program as part of worldwide network of Program Managers.
10. Lead data collection, time studies, and other data analysis as part of continuous mechanism improvement efforts.
11. Support global Kaizen initiatives.
12. Provide insights, support and participate in business reviews as required.
13. Drive Process, SOP and content engineering
Requirements
1. Demonstrated understanding of operations, tools and case management.
2. High proficiency in MS Office products.
3. Ability to dive deep using a logical approach to problem solving / Root cause analysis (RCA).
4. Ability to prioritize and deliver in a complex and fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and data presentation skills that allow you to clearly, compellingly, and effectively influence audiences internally and externally, across organization boundaries.
6. Able to operate autonomously, making the right judgment calls on approach, priorities, and solutions.
7. Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
8. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
9. Effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
10. English language proficiency required.
