A Japanese MNO (Mobile Network Operator) and Internet company based in Tokyo, Japan. It is owned by the largest e-commerce site in Japan and among the world’s largest by sales.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver highly complex, cross functional projects/programs with in and outsourced staff.
2. Ensure project delivery excellence by continuously monitoring project management, proactively identifying recurring issues and defining action plans for resolution.
3. Manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholders.
4. Provide regular status updates, maintain RAID logs and highlight, and manage risks.
5. Manage vendors and staff, local and remote, across different time zones.
Requirements
1. Experience in either telecom, IT, or Tech domain.
2. 4+ years experience in project and program management.
3. Experience working overseas, ideally in international, highly diverse environments.
4. Business Level English.
5. Experience working on Radio access or Core projects.
6. PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
7. Experience managing and presenting to senior management.
8. Japanese language - at least N2.
9. English (Overall - 3 - Advanced).
