Responsibilities


1. The Customer & Marketing Technology team utilizes Digital Technology (Salesforce , etc.) in the areas around customer contact points (Sales / Service / Marketing / Commerce, etc.) to E2E from concept formulation to requirement definition, introduction deployment, and operation and maintenance.
2. You will be responsible for proposing solutions related to CRM (customer contact), contact center, and commerce centered on Salesforce.
3. There are many projects that collaborate with the global market, such as clients building a globally integrated customer base. We will provide the above in this department, and as a consultant, you will strongly accompany the client's growth strategy from a technology perspective.
4. Appropriate project assignments will be made according to your experience and preferences regarding the area you are in charge of.

Requirements


1. Work experience at a consulting firm.
2. System development experience (application or infrastructure).
3. Work experience at an Internet service company or website planning / operation company Management of a business company Practical experience in planning / information system departments.
