Responsibilities


1. Main task is to design, execute and improve the user experience at all touch points of company currently in service and MNO business, which starts service in 2019.
2. Will be responsible for the work that was appropriate for your experience and intention in the following tasks.
3. Will develop new marketing site, page for contractor, application UX design, and development direction.
4. Designing the application process at the store, designing the application site for users, development direction. Staff management site design, development direction.
5. Creative Direction of Design of New Store, Furniture, Sales Promotion etc.
6. Information development from information design of staff-oriented information portal to development direction.
7. Direction from UX design of messaging application for customer support.
8. Other direction of improvement from experience design related to customer support.
9. In carrying out the above, will do the following work as necessary.
10. Experience of usability research and market research and analysis.
11. Evaluation and analysis of prototypes and deliverables.
12. Negotiate and match with engineers and web designers to build final products.
13. Perform user interviews and questionnaires through departments in contact with users.
14. All work is not done alone, but will promote it as a project in cooperation with relevant departments.

Requirements


1. Ability to understand users' needs at any time and to think things from the user's standpoint.
2. Ability to analyze survey results and to identify current issues and goals.
3. Ability to create ideas while discussing with relevant departments.
4. Ability to drop ideas into final deliverables in cooperation with relevant departments.
5. Web production / consulting company 3 years or more as a UX designer working experience.
6. 3 years or more experience in creative production as a designer.
7. Experience in operation designing / improving store operations for over 1 year.
8. At least 1 year of practical experience at customer center.
