Responsibilities
1. Revenue and Expenditure Control.
2. Business P&L Delivery.
3. Financial Reporting.
4. Strategic Planning.
5. Budget & Forecasts.
6. Cash Management.
7. Credit Control/Receivables Management.
8. Inventory Accounting and Costing.
9. Royalties.
10. General Accounting Controls.
11. Accounts Payable.
12. Legal/Statutory.
13. Taxation.
14. Fixed Assets/Capital Expenditure.
15. Audit.
16. Human Resources Administration.
17. Office Administration.
18. SOX.
Requirements
1. Qualified Accountant/FP&A in FMCG
2. Sound experience in a commercial environment, preferably gained from multinational product / brand company.
3. 7-10 Years experience
4. Good understanding of GAAP, internal control and tax regulation
5. Able to work under pressure effectively to meet deadlines through and with others.
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office & SAP
7. Positive in the face of business changes that impact their work and procedures – remains flexible and
8. takes prompt action.
9. Comfortable solving new, complex or unfamiliar problems and making decisions with logical explanation
10. Above average attention to details and implements high standards of quality and accuracy.
11. Understands and responds to needs of internal and external customers ; seeks customer feedback and
12. reacts positively making suggestions for improvement
13. Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written at all levels.
14. Proactively shares best practice and seeks opportunities to learn from others.
15. Fluent in English language- written and verbal communication.
