Responsibilities
1.Act as the management person in the Project team, overseeing large scale System Implementation and Integration. 2.manage and drive a project from initiation stage to close (quality management, cost management, schedule management, resource management, scope management).
3.Create system proposals and estimate budget.
4.Interfacing with the client organization on technical issues or solution designs.
5.Collaborate extensively in the Project team as well as other functions in the organization.
Requirements
【Basic Qualifications】
1.Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred).
2.Have one or more relevant certifications of project management, e.g. P2M, PMC, PMS, PMP, PMI.
3.Minimum 5 years of project management / PMO experience.
4.Minimum 3 years of delivery experience (system development, system maintenance, system operation).
【Preferred Skills】
1.TOEIC score: 750 or higher.
2.5 years of client facing experience.
【Professional Soft Skills】
1.Experienced in onshore/ offshore split delivery environment.
