Planning, Budgeting & Financial Analysis (FP&A)

1. Budget planning and actual vs. budget management:
2. Preparation and reporting of documents and data for business and financial analysis, profit and loss forecasting, budget planning, and actual vs. budget management and analysis.
3. Information gathering for budget planning.
4. Creation of reports and analysis data for data modeling, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
5. Regular updates of management reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly, etc.).
6. Handling inquiries from related departments.
7. Promoting business flow improvement, efficiency, and appropriateness.
8. The accounting system used is SAP and Oracle Hyperion.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Business-level English proficiency (with an emphasis on reading and writing, but experience in business communication is a plus).
2. Experience in FP&A, business planning, management accounting, or related roles (minimum of 3 years).
3. Proficiency in information processing tools like Excel, with the ability to perform detailed data analysis and verification. Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet handling.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Flexibility to adapt to different situations.

Preferred but Not Mandatory:

1. Experience in data analysis using databases, programming, macros, VBA, SQL, Hyperion, SmartView, PowerBI, or similar tools.
2. Experience in PMO (Project Management Office) tasks.
3. Experience in planning activities (budget planning, actual vs. budget management, analysis, KPI analysis, etc.) in accounting firms, consulting firms, or publicly traded companies.
