Responsibilities


  1. Support BM and Head of Brand in the overall strategy and implementation
  2. Drive the execution of marketing projects in line with the annual marketing plan to deliver fiscal year objectives.
  3. Lead/Support the briefing, development and approval process for local creative development, marketing activations, or regional/global creative adaptation projects for the company.
  4. *Lead/Support the implementation of the company's new product launches including the development of promotional packs to the market.
  5. Track and monitor the status and results of the marketing projects.
  6. Independent budget management, monthly budget reporting, ensure proper attributionof costs for the assigned projects.
  7. Leadership & Communication
  8. Be an advocate and ambassador for brand knowledge and best-in-class adoption.
  9. Play an active role with commercial team and distribution partners - particularly in the education need for excellence in execution.
  10. Manage the agency partners to ensure that briefings and deliverables are meeting the brand’s objectives.
  11. Liaise with agency partners in the design and production of marketing communications materials working closely with BM, trademarketing, IMC, and commercial teams.
  12. Day-to-day cooperation with internal stakeholders, brand representation on cyclic meetings.
  13. Provide ad hoc support on special projects as needed.
  14. Seek, monitor and analyse data to identify opportunities and build strong
    consumer/category/trade insights that underpin brand strategies.
  15. Leverage key processes, frameworks and resources to understand customer,
    consumer, channel, and campaign insights for more informed decision making &
    planning.

Requirements


  1. Experience: +3 years of experience in Marketing
  2. Experience in consumer goods industry
  3. Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  4. Excellent command of English and Japanese
  5. Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Marketing, Business Administration
  6. Experience: Experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing
  7. Brand building
