Responsibilities
- Support BM and Head of Brand in the overall strategy and implementation
- Drive the execution of marketing projects in line with the annual marketing plan to deliver fiscal year objectives.
- Lead/Support the briefing, development and approval process for local creative development, marketing activations, or regional/global creative adaptation projects for the company.
- *Lead/Support the implementation of the company's new product launches including the development of promotional packs to the market.
- Track and monitor the status and results of the marketing projects.
- Independent budget management, monthly budget reporting, ensure proper attributionof costs for the assigned projects.
- Leadership & Communication
- Be an advocate and ambassador for brand knowledge and best-in-class adoption.
- Play an active role with commercial team and distribution partners - particularly in the education need for excellence in execution.
- Manage the agency partners to ensure that briefings and deliverables are meeting the brand’s objectives.
- Liaise with agency partners in the design and production of marketing communications materials working closely with BM, trademarketing, IMC, and commercial teams.
- Day-to-day cooperation with internal stakeholders, brand representation on cyclic meetings.
- Provide ad hoc support on special projects as needed.

Seek, monitor and analyse data to identify opportunities and build strongconsumer/category/trade insights that underpin brand strategies.

Leverage key processes, frameworks and resources to understand customer,consumer, channel, and campaign insights for more informed decision making &planning.
Requirements
- Experience: +3 years of experience in Marketing
- Experience in consumer goods industry
- Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent command of English and Japanese
- Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Marketing, Business Administration
- Experience: Experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing
