Responsibilities
- Work with internal stakeholders; Japan IMC manager, Japan marketing team, Japan key account and sales team, Global and Regional IMC teams and Global IMC Center of
- Excellence team, and external agency partners to manage the following IMC projects.
- Supervising day-to-day advertising campaign in media mix for best-in-class performance in effectiveness and efficiency
- Implementation of IMC global guidelines and new measurement framework of campaign performance
- Become a guardian in operational management of communications content to enhance the overall quality, consistency and performance
- Communications content management and optimization such as ad creative and owned media contents
- Asist IMC manager to conduct annual IMC planning for each brand and the execution planning for individual campaign and activation and the implementation.
- Analysis from media reports and other available data via the tools the global Center of Excellence(CoE) provided to develop learning agenda.
- Maintain the e-commerce digital shelf and the brand site for content updates
- Subject communication contents to the legal and compliance review and ensure the clearance is completed prior to go-live.
Requirements
- High School/GED/Secondary School;
- +3 years of experience in marketing communications
- Experience at client and/or agency side in digital marketing/consumer goods environment
- Demonstrated multiple projects and IMC project management skills with ecommerce
- Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English and Japanese
