Developing the sales and marketing strategy around our CoDU offers.
The responsibility of implementing CoDU in Japan, focusing on the organizational setup, product management and training.
Performance monitoring and the development of measures in Japan to make sure targets are achieved.
Differentiated market maturities allow for best practice sharing with other markets.
Together with the internal departments in the Connected Company, you implement and continuously optimize the Digital Sales Machine in Japan.
You are the first contact in Japan for internal stakeholders.
The chance to take the lead of a business development topic of Connected Drive Upgrades like product ideation, communication or dealer enabling.

You hold a bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in a business and/or digital field.
Min. 3~5 years’experience or more working in digital industry (product management, engineering, sales, marketing), automotive experience not a must but huge plus.
Experience with project management, agile methods, and digital product affinity.
You like to work in an innovative environment where cross functional teams are the norm.
Strong personality, getting in touch with people pro-actively and sharing information with stakeholders is in your nature.
Analytical skills to swiftly understand specific consumer behaviour patterns
Solid in Business English is a prerequisite.
